We install, maintain, service and inspect: kitchen hoods, exhaust systems and fans. fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems for for the following;
 • Restaurant kitchens
 • Commercial kitchens
 • Commercial caterers
 • Food trucks and food trailers
 • Any other commercial kitchen operation

We do not install or service non-kitchen fire safety systems, such as: industrial and commercial operations or computer operation centers.

What does UL300 mean?

A  new Underwriters Laboratories test standard entitled UL 300, Fire Testing of Fire Extinguishing Systems for Protection of Restaurant Cooking Areas went into effect Nov 1994.

UL 300 extinguishing systems are mandatory,, wet-chemical fire suppression systems for modern commercial kitchens, designed to tackle high-temperature grease fires by smothering flames and cooling oil to prevent re-ignition

What is an ANSUL fire suppression system?

An Ansul (https://www.ansul.com/)fire suppression system is a specialized, pre-engineered automatic system designed to detect and extinguish fires in high-risk areas, most commonly commercial kitchens and industrial spaces. These systems use specialized wet chemical agents (like ANSULEX)(https://www.specansul.com/r-102) to instantly smother flames, cool hot surfaces, and prevent re-flash, often cutting fuel/electric power to equipment automatically.

Ansul offers both wet and dry chemical fire suppression systems, depending on the application; their popular restaurant systems (like R-102) use a wet chemical agent for grease fires

Do you inspect and service systems you did not install?

Yes we do. We will thoroughly inspect your fire safety system to make sure it meets UL 300 compliance requirements, all state and local code requirements and is OSHA certified.

If we find any issues we will let you know and provide an estimate on any repairs or upgrades necessary to bring your system into compliance.

Yes, we sell all classes of fire extinguishers that are Underwriters Laboratory (UL) approved.

We will first inspect your fire system to ensure that it meets all codes and compliance requirements and let you know if we find any issues.

If your system is compliant we will thoroughly clean the hood, ducting and exhaust fans to ensure that your system is in perfect working order.
